Our yoga brunch is held every Saturday of every month from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Your yoga instructor Ian Bentley teaches a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga postures. This fantastic yoga combination engages every muscle in your body in a much gentler but effective way allowing you to develop strength, flexibility, and relaxation at the same time. Ian’s emphasis is on self-healing, self-empowerment, self-love, kindness, positivity, and fun by transforming energy within the body.
Ian is also a Reiki Master and provides one to one rest and restore sessions combing, yoga, reiki, and vibration. This combination provides clients with healing and relaxing hour of unwinding and letting go.
