Our yoga classes are held every Tuesday at 6:30pm and every Friday at 11am.
Your yoga instructor Ian Bentley, teaches a mixture of Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative yoga postures. This fantastic yoga combination engages every muscle in your body in a much gentler but effective way allowing you to develop strength, flexibility and relaxation at the same time. Ian’s emphasis is on self-healing, self-empowerment, self-love, kindness, positivity and fun by transforming energy within the body.
Ian is also a Reiki Master and provides one to one rest and restore sessions combing, yoga, reiki and vibration. This combination provides clients with a healing and relaxing hour of unwinding and letting go.
